III. Personal information and processing by Jónatansson & CO

We collect and store various personal information about our customers. Different personal information may be collected about you depending on whether you are doing business with the company yourself or whether you are acting on behalf of a legal entity in doing business with the company.

IV. Disclosure to third parties

J&Co may share your personal information with third parties, such as in connection with their contractual relationship with the company, or for legal services to you or the company for which you are a contact.

We may also disclose your personal information to third parties to the extent permitted or required by applicable law or regulation, such as to governments, courts, other parties to disputes, witnesses, customer partners, or other interested parties.
